What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please be aware, we do not accept checks. Gratuity is cash only. There is an ATM in the salon for the exclusive use of our clients.

Do you have parking?

Salon parking is available in our lot adjacent to the salon. Additional parking is available near Marin Theater Company in the commuter parking lot.

What if I need to cancel or I'm running late?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows will be charged 50% of the service if less than the required notice is given. Sometimes being late is unavoidable. Depending on circumstances, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

Will I receive a confirmation for my appointment?

We attempt to confirm all appointments with a courtesy phone call. Please let us know at the time of scheduling if you would like to receive text or email confirmation as well.

What is your return policy?

All service sales and gift cards are final. Retail items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What is your confidentiality policy?

All salon clients have the right to privacy and confidentiality. Conversations with your stylist will always remain confidential. We do not share our client list or client emails with outside companies.

Is wifi available?

Wifi is available for our clients.
